Here is some information that I would like to pass along that I thought was very informative on how you can tell how old the bread is at the store before you buy it. Did you know that fresh bread is delivered daily to the stores? Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday and Saturday. Each days delivery has a different color twist tie.
Monday-Blue
Tuesday-Green
Thursday-Red
Friday-White
Saturday-Yellow
So if your shopping at the store on Thursday you want green or red tied bread NOT white (almost a week old). Notice the colors are in alphabetical order.
