You can't beat this deal. I ordered 4 (the original total was 51.98) so it qualified me for free shipping to my home. After the discounts etc., I only had to pay $21.16 for almost 100 rolls of TP. AWESOME
**Update... If you click on deal of the day, then go to the top of the page, and click order by item # and type in 593805-v6 and just put a quantity of 1 in there (it will say 10.99, but discounts will be taken at the end). change your quantity to what you want and checkout. You will be amazed on what you save when you see the discounts deducted.! it came out to 3.17 cents each. Needless to say, I canceled out my order and placed a new one and got more than the 4. This is a stockup price!
Another Update (5/25) I got an e-mail from Staples basically telling me that they are not going to fulfill my order. I guess they were overwhelmed by so many orders it bogged the system down and they couldn't keep up with the inventory. Even though I got a confirmation on my order, they still said that they cannot fulfill it. I called Staples and told them that they should fulfill their orders (even if they offered a raincheck). It really makes me not want to order anything from them again. SIGH... I really like Staples too.

Have your kids earn privileges as well as money towards those special items that they want.
I got this idea from http://frugallythrifty.com/ (check it out!)
For example, when the kids help clean up the play room that they have destroyed, they can earn $2 in "Daddy/Mommy" bucks. If he/she picks it up all by herself — without complaint – the price goes up to $5.
So, what does she get with daddy bucks? In our house, the redemption for items she wants is double bucks. So, if her movie costs $15 at the store, she must have earned $30 in daddy bucks to get it. She is yet too young to want to do sleep overs and the like, but we will work those into her “budget” as she gets older. Here are some ideas:
Stay up 15 minutes late: $10 Play computer games: $5 (for 30 minutes) Go to a friend’s house: $15 Have a sleepover: $30

Here are the steps and you will need the following:
You will melt the grated soap with the water until it is completely melted.
This will suds a little, but it's o.k. You will put in 1 C. Borax (found in the laundry detergent isle at the store)
The mixture will be gritty and thick (like pudding right before it gets super thick). Stir until the grittiness is gone.
Cover the pail with a lid (leave it on loosely) and let it sit overnight to thicken. It will be gelled and thick (and looks like slime). I wisked mine to make it nice looking.
This is the finished product- 5 Gallons of homemade laundry detergent. The inital cost is about 9.00, but I only used a small amount of the supplies, so I have enough to make quite a bit in the future. That's not bad considering 1 bottle of regular detergent is about that cost.

Look on the side of it. It is printed (very small) on the side. It also tells you what paper that you got it out of.
I usually keep mine organized in a catalog envelope (available at Staples, Office Max, etc.) and I write the date on the outside.
There are times though that I get busy and forget to put it away and wonder what day was this from.
