Cartridge World

I print a lot of coupons, so I go thru a fair amount of ink and it was quite expensive at one time. I have found this store called Cartridge World and it is FABULOUS! I have an HP Printer and the refills there are 8.00 for Black and 10.00 for Color. You just take in your empty cartridges and they already have some filled on the shelf. You pay, the cashier grabs the ink cartridge boxes and you are outta there! (no waiting!) I highly recommend Cartridge World (I'm not receiving any type of compensation for this referral, I just LOVE this store!) They have a punch card program. When the card is filled, you get a FREE cartridge refill!

Target 2/21/10

Before coupons, this would have cost me $57.80
After coupons and Gift card, this cost me $5.74

  • I got all 4 travel sized Right Guard deodorants for FREE. Here is a link for 2.00/2 at coupons.com http://tinyurl.com/y8zlwmf. The coupon doesn't specify a size, so when a coupon doesn't specify a size always go for the trail sizes (you usually can get them for FREE).
  • The Friskies cat treats were FREE. Go to the same link as the deodorant (coupons.com) and print their 1.00 off/1 coupons (print 2), then go to Target.com here http://tinyurl.com/y8racrw and print off their coupon for 1.00/2.
  • Don't forget about the Scotch Fur Fighter post. I printed off 2-4.00 off coupons. They are on sale for 3.99, so both were FREE. Make sure to look on the end caps for those. It was confusing because they had some other ones on sale for 7.99 so be careful that you get the right one.
  • I had a 3.00/1 coupon from the Sunday Paper for the Glade candle (I believe 2 weeks ago) and I "stacked" that with a 3.00 off 1 Target Mobile coupon that I received today.
  • Hefty One Zip bags were on sale for 1.00 and I had a coupon for 1.00/2
  • Tide on sale for 5.99 and I had a 1.00 off coupon.
  • Kellogg Special K bars were on sale for 2.50 each. If you got 5 boxes, you receive a 5.00 Target Gift Card to use on a future purchase. Go here and print 2- 1.00 off/1 coupons http://tinyurl.com/ycaw77w. I also had 3-.75 cent off coupons from todays paper. (so I only paid .65 cents per box after the Gift Card)
  • I had 2 gift cards from previous deals. One was 5.00 and the other one I had a balance of 2.07, but I received another 5.00 Gift Card from the Special K bars back. Make sure to try to use your Gift Cards for other deals like this and keep rolling the dollars (less out of pocket expense)

Some great deals at Walgreens

Go here and print off a 2.00 coupon
http://tinyurl.com/ye78z8t

You can get a 5.00 Register Reward for a purchase of any Dr. Scholls with a purchase of 10.00 or more. This pair I purchased for Terry was 11.49.

Another great deal was Excedrin (on sale for 2/5.00)
Here is a link to a printable 2.00/1 coupon at Coupons.com (so print 2)
http://tinyurl.com/yd6htvk.
Each box will be .50 cents!

Tylenol Cold is on sale for 4.99/box. If you purchase 2 boxes, you get a 3.00 Register Reward. Here is a link to a printable 2.00/1 coupon http://tinyurl.com/ybpa53u
(you need to sign up to get it)
If you buy 2 @ 4.99 each= 9.98
minus 4.00 (printable coupons)
minus 3.00 Register Reward (to use on future purchase)
Equals 2.98 (only 1.49 per box)

Have you tried Redbox yet?

Have you tried Redbox yet? You can find most machines at Kroger, Walmart, Meijer, etc. New release movies for only $1.00!! I LOVE REDBOX!
You don't have to return the movies at the same place in which you rented, so if you are out doing errands stop at a different store to return . It's so easy!
You can also get free movie codes delivered to your cell phone. Go to Redbox.com and sign up.
Here's a FREE movie code (expires 3/14) V7J6DRV
Just follow the instructions on the machine (it's very user friendly)
ENJOY

How Do I Organize My Coupons??

First, when I get my coupons I got thru them and cut out the ones that I know that I'll use soon. The rest of them I will put in a big envelope and put the date on it (for future reference). If I come across a great deal that tells me (i.e.: Soft Soap coupon from 1/31 insert) I can go back to that envelope and cut the coupon out.
Second, I'll organize all of my cut coupons in my zippered binder. I got mine at Walmart for around 12.00. You can also get them at thrift stores for about 3.00. My binder has a place on the left hand side where I keep all of my store ads. In the 3 ring binder part, I put in each store coupon policy (I will post this sometime in the future). Then I have dividers for each store that I go to. I also have dividers for every category of my coupons (i.e.: health/beauty, paper/storage, cereal, etc.) I put my coupons in trading card holder pages.
This works well for me because I hate fumbling around for a coupon that i know that i have. I used to use a coupon book, but this is SO EASY! I flip to the page that I want and whalla, it's right there.
Hope this helps you with your coupon organization. You just need to find out what works well for you.

If you think it's too good to be true/Counterfeit Coupons

If you think that a coupon that you receive looks like an offer too good to be true, more than likely it is (Counterfeit/fradulent).
I found several in an e-mail attachment today as a matter of fact.

I have included a link to The Coupon Information Corporation http://www.cents-off.com/. Click on the left hand side New counterfeit coupons identified. Another thing to click on is the Cashier's corner on the right (useful information!)

You can check to see if you have a coupon listed on there if you suspect if you think it might be frudulent. If you have one DO NOT USE IT!

It's too bad that there are people out there that spoil legitmate couponing.
